Her composure is unshakeable, or at least, her poise. But something in her eyes suggests delighted laughter as she nods to (poor) Lorne with all the gravity she would give were they ... well, actually in a restaurant.
And John gets a brilliant, amused smile for this. She can only imagine him putting the idea to Lorne, and the reaction it would have gotten.
