It was hard not to notice, given the change in his mood. Inara, for her part, sort of manages not to bounce alongside him, nodding politely and smiling to the few people she's managed to get to know who pass her.
But her curiosity is increasing, too. And she keeps giving him mock-suspicious looks, as though she can stare him into telling her.
