Her indecision on whether to go for the tie or the shirt has him amused, and he grins down at her. He uses one hand to loosen the knot on the tie for her, so she can do with it what she will.
And he won't take away her privilege of unbuttoning the shirt, so if she wants to go exploring in that direction, she's more than welcome to.
And he's a good boy and make no comment about how ties are not leashes, or something.
