It's probably a good thing. If he made a comment like that she'd be off in a fit of giggles at least for a moment.
She grins back up at him playfully, leaning up to give him a quick kiss. And, well. Since he's already started, she goes ahead and undoes the tie and slides it off his neck. Slowly, gently, a little forward so that the fabric just brushes over the back of his neck and makes that a caress, too.
And then she tosses it over where he left his jacket. Stripping down is as much about the small things as about the large, after all.
