Once his breath is sufficiently caught, he leans down and kisses her lightly, carefully flipping them over so she's now the on on top of him. As much as he wants to continue exploring her, he's sorta done this before and he can't imagine her ever having the opportunity to simply play and not worry about her client's whims.
Besides, that look she had given him earlier has him curious as to what she'd do with him at her mercy...
