She smiles softly up at him, and she may be blushing just a very little. At something, either the way it's difficult to hide, when even half-naked, the way her body is responding. Or because it's equally hard to hide the love in her eyes as she looks at him, which translates to a slightly goofy tint to the adoring smile.
Her fingertips brush down his shoulder and down his arm as he rises, ending up lightly brushing back and forth over the back of his hand.
