She doesn't so much notice as take account of the fact that they're in motion and accomodate the whole holding the kiss and embrace without falling over bit. As has been remarked upon before, she is a woman of singular grace. That includes passionate smooching in the hall while making her way to someone's bedroom.
Really, they'd get there quicker if they broke contact for a moment. But she's not willing to, either.
